flexmls IDX Search

Adding IDX search to your web site can be accomplished in a matter of minutes with the flexmls IDX search. Using the same search interface they use everyday in the flexmls System, agents can save searches to their IDX Manager for use on their web site. Each search link can be customized in a number of ways, such as colors, content, forced registration, and search parameters.

flexmls IDX WordPress Plugin

If you build WordPress web sites, FBS’s flexmls WordPress plugin provides several widgets that enable you to easily add IDX listings, market statistics and graphs, IDX search and more to your WordPress site. You can use the widgets to build neighborhood pages and increase the content indexed by search engines.

flexmls IDX API

If you want even more control, you also should check out the flexmls IDX API, a RESTful JSON service which FBS used to create the flexmls WordPress plugin. To access the API, you must have an API key, which you can obtain from FBS by contacting us at When you contact FBS for your key, we’ll need the name and flexmls login of the agent or broker for whom you are working and we’ll need confirmation from the local MLS that the agent or broker is approved for IDX.

Once you have an API key, you can find all the documentation for the API here on this site. We look forward to working with you and seeing what you create!
