Welcome to Lincoln City! I have been involved selling real estate, home building, and development for 25 years in the Lincoln City and Neskowin area. I was co-founder of Butterfield Homes, Inc., which grew from building fine homes to developing the Hills of Neskowin. We completed sales in record time, and it has become one of the most popular neighborhoods in the area. I joined the Prudential team in 2002 and have been very successful, winning awards each year, including the Leading Edge Society. I remain a top producer and I am on the Broker's Advisory Board. I enjoy working with Prudential becuase it is a family-like atmosphere, where we have brokers working together to sell each other's listings, and offering each other assistance when needed. The brand name Prudential is extremely well recognized, we have the best location, largest office, and most listings and sales by far of any company in the area. Our weekly brokers meetings are a great source of networking, referral, and promotion for our clients and listings. I am an assertive marketer and advertise in many media. These inlcude local real estate magazines, websites, a newsletter, multiple mailings, cable advertising, the local newspaper, a large database form the Hills of Neskowin sign-in book, and personal networking with many volunteer/community service activities. I often organize events for the Mayor Hollingsworth of Lincoln City. I keep my buyers informed up to the minute with all new listings in our multiple listing service via e-mail reports. I actively continue to educate myself in the real estate field, taking classes, reading books, and listening to tapes in my car. I also belong to a networking group that meets monthly. Personally I enjoy swimming, beach combing, crabbing, hiking, reading, cooking and creating art in stained glass and metal art. I also love to dance the Tango!
