To whom it may concern, I was introduced to Donna Thomas Realty via a common acquaintance in coincidence, as I was about to part ways with my previous real estate agency, which left me very disappointed. I got the first phone call at a time when I was very frustrated, feeling betrayed and hopeless about the market and realizing the previous agency that didnt care--but then, precisely then--Donna Thomas appeared, and I knew immediately that she would be my choice. I had no doubt that this time - its gonna work! I knew that not only would Donna do her best to complete the sale successfully, but also she would do it with loyalty, consistency and kindness all through the way. One of the things I liked was her honesty! She never sold me Dreams with aspiration with illusions and fantasies. This journey was not going to be simple we knew it! I was selling an old fixer-upper with many defects, requiring repairs and corrections, that absolutely needed so much work with so many improvements and updates, and I had budget limitations. This was almost considered a Full rehab, so selling such a property was definitely not an easy task, and at some moments it was looked even impossible. Donna Thomas Realty turned that impossible to A POSSIBLE. The list to do was long: She followed and knew the market needs, noted the advantages as well as the disadvantages. She wisely put her finger on the right points and walked step by step gently and wisely to make it happen. Donna recognized the right target-audience to be the possible potential buyers, and never wasted time on unnecessary efforts. She advertised frequently online and offline, updated slogans and pictures, always was honest and direct. Also, we got a big challenge: During the time the house was on the market, we faced a kind of crisis and third-party difficulties, which might hurt a lot. One of the main ones was to deal with previous bad contractors, who after being hired, ended up been very unprofessional and unreliable. However, Donna knew how to deal with it, how to protect us and sometimes how to avoid bad factors and persons that could bring more harm and damage. She always knew how to notice the problems, put the hazards and red flags, and from the other hand, to recommend good contractors she knew from previous jobs, so I could be sure that they were reputable and would do a good job. Although the property wasnt a big seller and with my low budget for improvements, resulting in a low sale price, Donna did the job with full commitment and put the same effort she would have for a high-class property or any other $500k property. Sometimes, a low-value property can possibly put many real estate brokers in a low-effort position because they are not going make a lot of money. However, Donna Thomas is not one of those. If putting a goal we can make it big time! Nothing to do with numbers or values to affect the effort. Being close to 3 decades in the real estate business with long experience and being local for her entire life put Donna Thomas at the high point of living the reality and breathing the area with the goods and the bads. She has the skills and abilities to recognize the property characteristics and compare it to the section/neighbourhood, and put it at the right point compared to the town. That made it very reliable when it came to exact numbers. Donna demonstrated professionalism in the offer stage and closing as well. We had a crisis with an offer which been cancelled not too long before the closing time. This was an unusual situation with a lot of complications. Although it rarely happens, immediately in a professional way, she knew how to face that with all the difficulties, and it wasnt too long afterwards, that we were able rise the fall and get back on our feet with that future-win feeling!
