RPR Feedback Requested

Jan 24, 2011  |  Michael Wurzer

For those of our customers live with RPR, I’d love to hear feedback on what you’re finding useful, how often you use it, and if there are ways you’d like to see flexmls integrate with RPR.  Just comment below.

I have used RPR a few times, I would use it much more if I could do a map search. This would allow me to focus on 1 condo group, or isolate a neighborhood.

  2. Hi Jim – You can certainly do a map search via RPR. If you’re interested, we have a video class to help you master the RPR map search. See here:

Also stay tuned, very soon we will be releasing v1.3, and that will include the ability to search by School Districts and School Attendance Zones.

RPR is just beginning to integrate with my MLS, but as a Beta tester I have used it a fair amount. Mostly I prepare a report for Buyers/Sellers who already have a report from Zillow. I am not sure as of yet how I would envision the integration (aside from just having a button that calls up the reports directly from the listing…an integration similar to what we see with our tax provider would be good, framed inside of Flex would be better I think.

  4. I don’t like the idea of integrating this with my MLS. I do not use RPR but I have watched the video on RPR’s website and I do not see the benefit of integration.

  5. I was a beta tester for RPR and use it with all my clients. I preferred to fumble my way through the learning curve, thinking most members would not want to read or watch the instructions. I have found it to be easy to use and very helpful as it augments the information I get from FLEX. Together I have much more information than I or my clients can piece together for themselves using Zillow or other sites. I am also using the RPR mobile app on a DroidX and don’t even like to think about how I had to work when I started in 1977.

WOW this is sad ,,,,,Mike you are correct either you have lost your blogging mojo or folks are afraid to comment……Its been 3 months now since we went live with RPR and we have been promised a lot…..but are still waiting….while the reports seem to be a favorite the user friendliness, accuracy of data and the search functionality all need improvement…..I can only assume the RPR folks are more intent on signing up new MLS’s than servicing the ones that have signed agreements. Time will tell. The clock is ticking.
