Capturing Our Essence

During our Summit in February, Kim Prior, our VP of Marketing and Business Development, worked with a video firm called Elevendy to videotape interviews of FBS customers and employees. Both Kim and Elevendy did a masterful job of letting the essence of our customers and employee-owners shine through.
As mentioned, the interviews for both videos were conducted during our recent Summit in San Diego. The first video is an overview of FBS, primarily with interviews of FBS employees but also with a few customer comments. The second video is a set of customer interviews.
There are many great quotes throughout the videos, but perhaps my favorite comes from Gregg Belli from MetroMLS in Milwaukee, who says, “I’d hate to work with [a company] that was not employee-owned at this point.” Creating this win-win between our customers and employee-owners is who we are and I’m excited to share that with you through these videos.
